Vilnius - Kaziukas Bazzar
Labas,
This weekend I visited with Eva, Ramon and John some EVSler in Vilnius. We started at 16 h from the bus station in the direction of Vilnius. We had a small sign saying dabei.Die?
Vilnius. Yes! You read correctly. We are getrempt the 136 km to Vilnius. In bad weather had Eva and I wait only 15 minutes before a car stopped. Check this record. We got into a relatively old car which was driven by a woman in her 40th What problems do the car was, we learned later. First, we were overjoyed that we had found such a quick car. Everything went super smooth. 25 km from Vilnius, began to stutter that car. The woman wandered along in first or second gear on the highway. Each time she switched blew up the car aus.Ich was scared. It was determined 2km, until the car finally gave up the ghost completely. As we stood. In the middle of the highway and had a nasty snow storm outside we begonnen.Leider the woman did not understand so well. Ultimately, we suspected that the gas was all and gave her to understand that we will wait in the car and not get out, as she suggested. As on the wondrous white car worked yet again 5 minutes later. What's the problem lag? I have no idea. We told her we do in the district Fabijoniski. She shrugged and said that they do not know where that is. All right. The next bus stop we got out and contact Maria. It is a EVSlerin from Vilnius, where we slept. Due to miscommunication between Eva and me we got on a bus for any Zentrum.Johannes said to me that we do not have the heart. to the bus, we talked to a young woman who willingly helped us stamp the tickets and to find the road to Mary's apartment.
In the end, turned out we were almost at the apartment. So we have come to know Remigia, which was really very nice and showed us a little the center. Vilnius at night is really very nice. We agreed to meet with Remigia for Saturday evening and they adopted at the bus stop Fabijoniski direction.
20 hours we were finally in the apartment. We needed an incredible 2 hours for a distance of 500m. Ramon and John were obviously a lot more since than we are, although they arrived later in Vilnius. Challenge lost. What a bummer, too, but. Be that as it be. My first Hich Haking experience I will never forget.
John and Ramon have cooked for us and other volunteers arrived a little later. It was a very nice, multicultural round with volunteers from Austria, Spain, France and Germany. Later we drove into town and staying in a scene Club from. Ne Spielunke really old. It was an awesome atmosphere. Even if the music is not the noise was, all neatly went off and we celebrated until the early morning hours. At 4 we went home.
were completely destroyed in our public Mary's Flat. The night fought briefly, collapsed the next day Ramon, Eva and I to 11h in the city center in order to visit the Grand Bazaar. What he really should be put out later. On the bus to town, we met another volunteer from Austria, who accompanied us to the market.
arrived on the market we could not save us from the crowds. Sometimes it was almost impossible to remain standing at a booth. The course was fully my thing. Gradually, more volunteers joined us and we were a pretty small group. The Vormittagund afternoon passed relatively quickly. It was evening and the market emptied. We were allowed to participate in a dance festival in the city. The women wore traditional clothes and a pair of polka dancing. The atmosphere was really great and moving fruit basket went a long way. Later during the night it was very pleasant to stroll through the Bazzar. Meanwhile, it was really cold again and it was felt that we were out all day. I was frozen right through.
counter 18h, we drove back to the flat and Maria cooked for us. After strengthening it should go off again. We met other Volunteers. It turned out that I had to pay the party the day before and the exhausting trip through the city tribute. I was totally broken on the night although the bar was really nice. The evening did not resist long and we went to Mary. Sleeping. To sleep.
Sunday morning we started our return journey after a good breakfast. This time we
had to wait longer for a car. But we arrived without problems in Panevezys.
Conclusion:
Vilnius is cool.
